Moraira and Surrounding Towns

Moraira:

Moraira is an absolute jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca. The town council passed laws limiting the height of buildings and protecting the natural pines that cover the sides of the valley. This pretty town has retained its charm and consists mainly of individual villas, with no package holiday hotels and few apartment blocks. The upmarket yacht marina and abundance of cosmopolitan restaurants and sandy coves make this a truly idyllic place to call home.

A short walk along the coast is the beautiful bay of El Portet a very sought after location for property buyers, with its exclusive villas, sea view properties and divine narrow sandy beach, a dream location for a dream house.

Teulada:

Teulada is home to many local people who reside in the traditional and spacious townhouses as well as more modern apartments. On the outskirts of the town, you will find some stunning traditional fincas,  many with sea views down to bay in Moraira.

From the traditional old town, mainly consisting of townhouses and apartments and offering a great place to integrate with the Spanish local, s to the urbanisation of Cumbre del Sol. This has a more international population, with spectacular views to the Mediterranean and is also the location of one of the best international schools in the area. Benitachell also boasts the countryside urbanisations of Les Fonts and Los Molinos

Dominating the area is the towering rock of Ifach rising from the sea.

Javea:

Javea lies 90km from Ibiza and is Located between the capes of San Antonio and Nao.  The historic quarter is located two kilometres away from the coastline, this area has preserved its beautiful architecture, with its 14th-century church, indoor market, cobbled streets and attractive townhouses.  The hub of Javea tends to be the Arenal beach where tourists and locals congregate, the horseshoe bay boasts a plethora of restaurants as well as a long promenade.
