Here is how you can help Coast and Country real estate agency get the best shots of your home.

Keep pets out of sight, remove any objects like dog bowls, cat litter trays and pet beds. Remove colourful plastic inflatables from the pool and hide away  under the pool house Wind in hose reels so they are not draped across the pool terrace Take in any washing that is drying on the line Make sure the pool is clean Clean the windows Have a good clean and tidy up inside, put the lights on in each room and check the  bulbs are working , we may need to turn the lights on Remove any children’s  toys from living spaces Clear kitchen work tops and remove any dirty dishes for the sink Take photos and notes off the fridge door Put a large bowl of fresh oranges or lemons on display or buy some  fresh flowers Put the toilet lids down and hang towels neatly on towel ails Remove clutter I the bathroom like shower gels and shampoo bottles   Make the beds and dress with cushions and a throw if you have them
